Life within boundaries

Sometimes I feel like I’m not doing my best. These feeling really bother me.

I realized that I live within virtual walls or boundaries my mind put them for me.

Before I do any thing, first I think if I can do it or not?
So first my mind has to decide that “I CAN”, then I try to do it.
Sometimes I can’t do a lot of things just because my mind tells me that I CAN’T.

To change, to do something new I have to go outside the walls.

Mediocre way of thinking

There are many people who think they are genius. They live their lives thinking that they have great abilities, and under estimating others. They are living happily.

When they face the reality of their weaknesses, some of then justify this by saying that they are genius in certain areas, which means that they don’t have to do other things well. Actually they are mediocre at every thing. Others when face by the truth they become depressed.

To avoid this; the best way is to understand and evaluate yourself properly, and then facing the truth will help you rather than live your life being deceived.

If you are confident that you are doing the right thing, don’t wary what others say.

Learn not to be easily angered, for anger keeps you from thinking clearly.

Concentrate on everything you do, even play & food require concentration in order to be enjoyed.

Even if you have to do too many things in a short time, try hard to do them well.

If you know your faults & what you ought to do, try to live the way you want for just a week.

Be organized.
Don’t put things off, and if you are tempted to put something off, prove to yourself that you can fit it into your schedule “otherwise do it now”

Don’t approach a new experience with negative expectations.

Take a few minutes every day to go for a walk and please tell me how does this affect your life?

You must be willing to change.

When you stop feeling that you need to improve yourself …. take care you are headed for decline.

This based on personal experience. I welcome your comments and criticisms.

More ideas

Don’t make your happiness dependent on what may happen in the future, or on any one else. Your happiness is related to yourself.

You need close friends & some one to love, to share life with. People who call you just to make sure that you are all right. So you never feel lonely.

Feel strong, but remember that your strength has limits, so don’t waste it or show it off.

I heard this quote “If you have no goal, it matter less where you end”.

Listen carefully & respect their opinion.
Someone passing remark may give you an idea from which you can create something new.

When you have tension inside you, channel it into a constructive solution (to be discussed later).
Take a few minutes everyday to think about where you are going & change direction if necessary.

I have learned

Since I started my way to change I learned many things.

These are some of them:

Live simply, but allow yourself to reflect on everything, because this may lead to a new idea.

Don’t let depression & discouragement in to you.
Don’t let yourself feel defeated.

You must live for a great dream.
This dream must be divided into small steps. Each step you take encourages you to take the next one, and you must be proud of each step & reward yourself for it.

Search for activities that give you energy & do them.
